1. There is a a required one month security deposit ($100.00) which is returned at the end of the lease when the unit is returned to DigitalBeat. 2. There is a one-time $50 Setup Fee at the start of the lease period. 3. The one-time setup fee for custom web designs that do not use a DigitalBeat template design will be determined based on the design and development work that is required. Any applicable taxes are additional. |

The LocalHost Units are leased on a monthly basis. If you lease the unit for more than one month you may move the unit to a different listing property, with a new design for the new location. The charge for design changes (for a new listing property) are $25.00.
